Stay up-to-date with new notification preferences

Notification preferences allow you to choose which events you want to be notified for in Everperform, for yourself or people you manage.

Notification preferences give you control of what you want to be notified of in Everperform. From being assigned a new goal to someone you manage completing a pulse, you can choose what you want to be updated on and how you want to be updated.

With these new notification preferences, we've also moved your notifications list into the main navigation, making them much more accessible and easier to read when you receive them.

Setting your notification preferences

You can select which events you want to be notified of in your Account Settings under Notifications. To learn more about how to update your preferences, take a look at our guide.

Events you can choose from are split into two categories, events for you and events for people you manage. This means you can stay up-to-date with what your team are working towards and how they're performing without needing to find all the answers yourself.

Email and In-App notifications

With our new notification preferences, you also have the flexibility to choose how you want to receive notifications, either via email, in-app, or both. You can pick and choose how you want to be notified for each event. For example, you might want to receive new pulse updates to your email account and be notified of new observations through the app.

Notifications for pulse results can also be delayed by 24 hours if you wish, so you can review feedback when it best suites you.

Desktop notifications

We've also added the ability to enable desktop notifications in the platform. This can also be done in your notification preferences by selecting Enable Desktop Notifications at the top of the page.

When desktop notifications are enabled, you'll receive a browser notification for any of the events you have opted-in to receive in-app notifications for.
