Everperform, an Australian intelligent performance platform for top-tieraccounting firms, is pleased to announce Will Buckley as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Will Buckley joins the business with over 15 years experience in the accounting industry, where he hasbuilt a portfolio of Board, Advisor and Investor roles. His experience spans public practice, commercialfinance, corporate development and technology.

His most recent role was Head of Xero’s Australian business. In his 8 years at Xero, he held leadership rolesacross finance, sales and GTM in four countries in the North America and Australasia markets.

Everperform utilises intelligent measurement, insights and advisory to accelerate performance andprofitable growth for accounting firms. Everperform pulls from more than 41 billion data points toanalyse performance data in real time, and provides personalised insights to help individuals, managersand firms improve performance, sustainably.

In his new role at Everperform, Buckley will apply his experience leading teams through high-growth inorder to scale Everperform’s deep-learning capabilities to maximum positive impact. With the currentheadwinds that many accounting firms are facing, the increased investment in the right people is a crucialongoing strategy to attract and retain the best talent and clients, and to fuel the performance and growthof firms.
