Our new dashboard is created with the knowledge that everyone is different, along with what is important to them!
Some of the features you know will still exist, with a twist. Top 3 and Bottom 3 feedback scores are still the backbone of the Dashboard page. Accompanying these however is a fully customisable dashboard creation tool, allowing you to create multiple dashboards across any number of topics.
Who sees what?
With the introduction of customisation, it is important to make sure we are providing a smart selection of data to our users. With that said, each dashboard is entirely individual. This means any dashboard you create for your team member or self can be viewed only by yourself, so don’t be afraid to play around with combinations when checking in on your people.
Managers will now have greater control over what they see for their people, with each user now having individual dashboards. Managers will have the ability to customise exactly what they want to see for each team member with individual dashboards specific to that person.

Creating a new dashboard is extremely simple:

Create a Dashboard to accommodate the data
Begin adding the Data you need
Dashboards can be updated or edited at any time so feel free to play around with combinations to give yourself the best experience.
