New playbooks launched for 2021

With so much change for businesses in the last 12 months, we've revisited and updated some of our old playbooks, as well as releasing some brand new playbooks to help manage the transition back to normal while keeping your people performing.

Here's a list of new and updated playbooks available for existing and new customers:

Digital Transformation (New)

Leveraging best practice change management methodologies and frameworks, Everperform has specifically designed the measurements to be captured across the various levels of people to increase adoption success.

Managing Remote Teams (Updated)

With remote work here to stay, managers are now searching for new ways to stay connected to their people and foster their performance and growth from afar. The Remote Work playbook helps managers remain in the loop, without any need for more Zoom calls.

New Starter Onboarding (Updated)

Getting insights throughout the onboarding experience is now easy, no matter where your new starters might be working. Whether it’s your grad intake program or experienced hires, this playbook helps understand how your new starters are going and where they may need support.

Lead Indicators 3.0 (Updated)

For firms that have graduated through 1.0 and 2.0, Lead Indicators 3.0 is available and focuses on understanding the need to balance productivity, relationships and wellbeing measures.

Well-being (New)

Everperform has teamed up with the Millennial Translator, Tom Boyd, to design an evidence-based wellbeing playbook that aims to measure and increase self-awareness in the areas of optimism, mastery and wellbeing.
